I take in more of the sights in
ToonTown, and then exit out toward Wild Country. On the way to the entrance, I see a really
neat treehouse I must check out. Exiting the treehouse, I stop and watch the Cobra. It
looks like many another dropped inverter, but why not? I queue up. It was a quick rush
going forward and then back through the loop and roll. On the way to the Wild Country
entrance, I nearly pass by the Skyway ride. Since the one in Disneyland was removed years
ago, it had been a while since I rode on one. I
get in, and off and up I go.

The Skyway is headed straight for
the big snowy mountain. It looks just like the Matterhorn, except there is no coaster. The
Skyway goes right through the middle, and out the other side. I was let off on the backside
of the island near the Northwest Lodge. I walk down the pier, past the bait shop. There were
a bunch of old western looking shops I had to check out. On my way to The Great Comet, the
woodie the Skyway passes over, I noticed the time. The park is closing for the day, and I'll
have to wait until tomorrow. I walk back to the Northwest Lodge and catch the Monorail out.
I'll get a late dinner at the hotel, and publish my photos and first day article.
