Tickets anyone? Arriving at the entrance of this great landscape, I am reminded of some of the stats that came with the park. It covers 7,208,850 square feet. That’s 165.5 acres or 67 hectares of landmass. I don’t know how long it took to create this masterpiece but from the looks of it a long time. If you are counting rides and attractions you will find 154 to go along with the 146 staff members. I’m surprised the limit on sprites was not reached.
Leftmost Main Entrance The main entrance is truly a sight to see, with the oriental architecture and a reasonable $35 entrance fee. Inexpensive I say, for a park that has so much to offer in the way of excitement and adventure, Asian Style. The sheer size of this park has prompted me to rent an electric scooter at Guest Services. Off to the right is the Dragon’s Head bumper cars, with a giant inverted steel coaster looming in the background. I’ll get back to the coaster later, right now I’m headed for the Imperial River Falls raft ride. I might be old and slow, but the scooter gets me into the handicapped line for the ride.
